Bendrigg Trust's Paraclimbing Club runs 'Rock Days' during the school holidays. These are open to anyone, with any level of climbing experience, aged between 12 and 25. We do ask that you have some level of climbing experience, whether it is with our climbing club or another paraclimbing club.

Our main aim for the Rock Day is to help develop your climbing skills on an outdoor crag, but weather dependent, our tutors may decide to change the venue indoors, or do a 50/50 split of indoor and outdoor climbing depending on the forecast. We will get in touch with you directly to let you know about the planned venue and if there are any changes, as early as we can.

These days will run from 09:30-16:00 from Bendrigg, however there is the chance to meet us at the crag once the venue has been confirmed.

You must book your place in advance as maximum numbers apply. Please let us know when booking about your needs/disability.

Multiple dates can be booked at once - simply add each date to your basket. If you require support with personal care needs then please bring a carer with you (carer is free).
