A FULLY INCLUSIVE ACTIVITY BREAK FOR ADULTS

Our Adult Activity Courses are perfect for adults who are looking to have a short break in accessible accommodation, make new friends and have some fun adventures!

You'll experience a range of activities from caving to canoeing and zip wire to climbing. Adaptive equipment is provided to ensure that you can take part in everything you'd like to.

There will be lots of time to socialise & get to know the other participants

Our accessible accommodation has aids like ceiling mounted tracking hoists, shower beds, wet rooms and profile beds. Please let us know your requirements and additional needs.

Meals are provided throughout the duration of the course from our fantastic cooks and we will cater for any dietary requirements - please make us aware of these at your earliest convenience.

Select the dates you'd like to book on the calendar, enter your details and pay your deposit. Once you've booked you will receive a confirmation email and one of our team will be in touch closer to the time of the course with all the details you'll need.

Prices include accommodation, food and a full programme of adventure activities. Please note that our adult courses are subsidised by Bendrigg to help make it affordable for all.

If you do not need a subsidised place please consider paying full price. This is at your discretion. Paying full price will allow more people, schools and charities experience the magic of Bendrigg.
