This one-day IOL accredited course is ideal for anyone working in hospitality or tourism, including front-of-house staff, bookings teams, and managers. Looking beyond just ramps and lifts, we will explore what it really means to offer an inclusive welcome to disabled visitors, and you will gain the confidence and practical tools to welcome disabled guests and make your services more inclusive and accessible.

This day is suitable for anyone working in the hospitality, leisure, live event or tourism industries. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to learn and make a difference.
