A FULLY INCLUSIVE ACTIVITY BREAK FOR ADULTS

Our adult activity courses are suitable for everyone, regardless of disability or ability. They are perfect for anyone over 18 who is looking to have a short break in accessible accommodation, make new friends and have some fun adventures!

Our tutors will group folk for activities so that everyone can get the most out of what we offer. People will have the opportunity to mix for meals and evening activities.

You'll experience a range of activities from caving to canoeing and zip wire to climbing. Adaptive equipment is provided to ensure that you can take part in everything you'd like to.

There will be lots of time to socialise & get to know the other participants.

Our accessible accommodation has aids like ceiling mounted tracking hoists, shower beds, wet rooms and profile beds. Please let us know your requirements and additional needs.

Meals are provided throughout the duration of the course from our fantastic cooks and we will cater for any dietary requirements - please make us aware of these at your earliest convenience.

All of our courses are subsidised by Bendrigg to help make it affordable for all. However we do realise that our prices might still be too costly and with that in mind, we do have additional sponsorship available.
